10 Cookies Santa Won’t Be Able to Resist on Christmas Eve

We all know that Santa has worked HARD this Christmas and deserves a nice treat when he comes tonight. Why not put a little extra twinkle in his eyes with some of these mouthwatering cookies?

1. Chocolate Chip Cookie Ice Cream Sandwich

If you really want to make Santa’s “good list” this year, you should leave him a cookie that stands out above the rest–A cookie so large and in charge that every other cookie looks miniscule when compared to it. A cookie that combines the delicious crunch of any other cookie with a smooth creamy, refreshing center. A cookie that will really feel gratifying. (After all, he’s got a long night ahead of him.) Our Fat Boy Ice Cream Sandwiches will do just the trick. Our Chocolate Chip Cookie Ice Cream Sandwich is sure to fill that big belly with joy and delight. It’s Santa’s favorite cookie with a twist–packed full of creamy vanilla ice cream in the center that is sure to have him “Ho Ho Ho’ing” all night long.

2.  Peppermint Chocolate Thumbprint Cookies

If you’re short on time, these delectable treats will get the job done quickly and easily. They’re easy to make and are festive and rich in flavor. The combination of chocolate with peppermint is enough to make anyone melt away this wintery season. Each chocolate cookie is topped with a peppermint chocolate kiss, helping you drift away into a Christmasy coma.

3. Christmas Pretzel M&M Hugs

Who doesn’t love the sweet white chocolatey goodness of a Hershey’s Hug mixed with the salty crunch of a pretzel? Just a word of caution, though: these babies are hard to put down. Once you start, you won’t be able to stop. Santa may as well stay at your house all night long.

4. M&M Christmas Cookie Bars

These chewy cookie bars are soft and packed full of holiday M&Ms candy. They make for a great treat for Santa, or a dessert that you can whip up in a flash for a Christmas party.

5. Rudolph Peanut Butter Cookies

Who can resist any treat with peanut butter? Especially when that treat resembles your favorite pet reindeer. These peanut butter cookies are loaded with flavor and are easy to make. Just whip up some peanut butter cookies and have the kids decorate them using pretzels, mini chocolate chips, and M&Ms.

6. Chocolate Dipped Peanut Butter Christmas Cookies

Nothing brings good tidings and joy quite like a peanut butter cookie dipped in chocolate. This easy recipe is fun, festive, and tasty. The longest part is waiting for them to cool before smothering them with sweet chocolate.

7. Easy Chocolate Caramel Pretzel Bites

This irresistible treat has everything you crave in one small bite: caramel, chocolate, and a nice salty crunch. Just make sure to quadruple the batch, because you’ll likely eat the first batch all for yourself.

8. Soft Christmas Cut Sugar Cookies

You can never go wrong with a traditional classic sugar cookie for the man in the red suit. These sugar cookies are soft and chewy. They’re perfect for getting the whole family involved, and they’re quick to make (unlike most other sugar cookie recipes). The best part? The kids will have a blast icing and decorating them with the icing recipe included.

9. Soft Chewy Gingerbread Men Cookies

It’s not officially Christmas until someone whips up some yummy gingerbread men cookies. This recipe keeps an old school classic alive and true to its name. They’re festive, fun, and delicious. The warm spices blend perfectly with the brown sugar and ginger. You’re sure to fill your (ahem…Santa’s) belly with soft, chewy goodness this Christmas.

10. Christmas Tree Brownies

Ok, so we know this isn’t exactly a “cookie” recipe per se. But who can withstand the soft, chocolatey goodness of a brownie? Especially when it’s shaped into a Christmas tree? We know we can’t, and we’re pretty sure Santa feels the same. Besides, you can never go wrong mixing peppermint with chocolate chocolate.

Reward Santa this year with a delicious cookie he’s sure to love. No matter what you choose to leave out tonight, we hope you and your family have a Merry Christmas together! You deserve it.
