Make sure to get your FatBoy Ice Cream so you don’t miss out on the best holiday since Christmas! (OK we may be overstating a bit there) Regardless, we want to make sure your National Ice Cream for Breakfast Day is done right.
A noble tradition since since the 60’s, National Ice Cream For Breakfast Day was the brainchild of Florence Rappaport and kicked off in Rochester, N.Y. Rappaport decided to let her six children eat ice cream for breakfast on the first Saturday of every February to make winter a little more bearable. Since then, her family tradition has spread around the nation and the world.
When it comes to Florence’s National Ice Cream For Breakfast Day, we here at Casper’s Ice Cream (makers of FatBoy) are big fans. We’ve been creating some of America’s favorite frozen treats since 1925 and along with Mrs. Rappaport, wholeheartedly believe you should enjoy ice cream any time of the day…. especially for breakfast.
