With Fall in full swing, our Pumpkin Spice Fatboy is a go-to seasonal favorite. It’s the perfect blend of pumpkin, cinnamon and nutmeg all wrapped up in a graham wafer- which makes it anything but “basic”. With a warm, pumpkin-nutmeg flavor that’s slight yet distinct- the Pumpkin Spice FatBoy is enough to bring back a fall memory or two. And there’s plenty of memories to go around this time of year- we’re all about any excuse that brings family and friends together and love nothing more than sharing, creating and participating in your family traditions.

So let’s see if we can’t make one together using our Fall seasonal favorite, as little prep time as possible and a little dollop of FatBoy love with the FatBoy Pumpkin Spice Sundae*.

This recipe is versatile, can feed a crowd and looks super impressive. And did we mention there’s no baking or measuring of ingredients required? Little hands love to help with this one, even if they spend most of the time licking the spatula and running off with the Pumpkin Spice-tastic leftovers.

Super-Simple Ingredients:

2 boxes of FatBoy Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream Sandwiches

1 Jar Salted Caramel Topping

1 Jar Hot Fudge Topping

1 Container Cool Whip

1 Package Heath Toffee Bits

Oh-So-Easy Directions:

Line a 9×13 pan with a total of 10 Pumpkin Spice FatBoy Ice Cream Sandwiches, cutting a few in half to “fill in the gaps”.

Heat jar of caramel topping and drizzle over the pan of ice cream sandwiches.

Heat jar of hot fudge and drizzle desired amount.

Place pan into the freezer and leave until all layers are frozen (1-2 hours).

Take fantastically chilled pan out of freezer and spread Cool Whip over the top.

Sprinkle Heath Toffee Bits onto Cool Whip layer.

Serve and savor.

We’ll always love our FatBoys just the way they are but with a million and one ways to enjoy them (and Pumpkin Spice only available for a limited time), we’re all about making the most of it. You Deserve It, FatBoy Nation.
